I first met Nathan 6 months ago when I stepped inside The Local Gym looking for some help with my fitness or lack of! I’ve never had a good experience with gyms in the past, so I was reluctant! He suggested I start with some PT sessions which I was happy to do. “Gold Star”

I came to Nathan based on the other reviews here and they don’t lie. Even then I wasn’t overly convinced it would last long, but I was so wrong! Nathan genuinely cares about the people he trains to meet their goals and actually makes it (somewhat) fun. I definitely get bored quickly and a tragic workaholic so not the dream client for sure. Yet here I am reformed from a. dodge knee, bad hips, and double bursitis, punching and kicking a bag and in a a love hate relationship with the treadmill. Thanks Nathan for your patience and not firing me. Gold Star!
